Luanda, Angola — Following the completion of a five-year prison sentence, Mr. Carlos Manuel de São Vicente was admitted to Clínica Girassol on 29 September 2025 due to deteriorating health conditions.
At present, he is undergoing a comprehensive medical evaluation and diagnostic examinations carried out by specialists across different medical fields.
